Boiler Service
- Health and efficiency check
- Condense trap cleaned
- System filter cleaned (new seals may be required which would incur an additional cost)
- Flue and terminal are checked for obstructions
- System pressure topped up and expansion vessel set to the correct pressure if applicable
- Check the integrity of the case seals
- Check safety devices
- Combustion analysis check
- Gas rate and pressure check
- ADDITIONAL SERVICE: Next-generation heating system water quality testing - Certified water test that provides an onsite lab-style analysis of system water, providing instant validation of system health and water quality - Add on this service for just £18 inc VAT
Premium Service
- All of the services in the Westflow Service

- Check the external central heating pump (where applicable)
- Check the feed and expansion tank (where applicable)
- Check all radiators for air – air in the system will cause cold spots at the top of radiators and can cause corrosion in the central heating system
- Check all central heating and hot water controls or zone valves are in working order
- Full strip down and clean of the main heat exchanger and new gaskets fitted (recommended every 5 years)

System Health Check
- Radiator efficiency check with a thermal image camera
- Next-generation heating system water quality testing

Rust Protection
(Bolier Service Add On)- Add inhibitors to the central heating to protect from rust and corrosion
Carbon Monoxide
(Bolier Service Add On)- Supply and fit a carbon monoxide detector
Annual Service
It’s recommended that your boiler is serviced annually to ensure it is safe to use, and that any manufacturer’s warranty remains valid. Regularly servicing protects from any future problems preventing expensive repairs.
