- Whats Included – Annual Premium Boiler Service (enhanced checks).
- 2 Call-Outs per Year – Plumbing or heating
- Any additional parts billed at transparent rates.
- Priority Response Window ( faster scheduling on call-outs).
- Radiator and System Health Checks included.
- Offers more than typical boiler cover — if you need an engineer, we will be there.
Landlord Care Plan
- Designed for landlords who must keep properties compliant and safe, with predictable servicing and certification.
- Whats Included? – Annual Landlord Boiler Service – includes basic safety checks
- Annual Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) – covers up to 2 appliances included; additional appliances add nominal fee.
- 1 Call-Out per Year – diagnosing or resolving emergent boiler/heating issues.

Annual Service
