"My old boiler had reached the end of its useful life. Barnaby came out, looked at the existing boiler, recommended an appropriate replacement (without trying to upgrade to more expensive models etc) and arranged the quote that day. The staff who fitted the new boiler were terrific - very friendly, polite, tidy - and the job was completed in a day. They tidied up and showed me around the new system, which is an overwhelming improvement on the previous boiler. I cannot recommend this company more highly."

"We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service.
The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast.
After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure."

"Barnaby replaced a faulty valve in my hot water cylinder system and rerouted an expansion vessel which had been connected incorrectly. He patiently answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and chose to implement a proper solution rather than the easiest one. The problem has been fixed neatly and I've learned things about my hot water cylinder. Really great work and service! I highly recommend Barnaby and Westflow."

"Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative.
Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. "
